Move, play, and connect together.

Mommy & Me Stretch & Social is a relaxed, feel-good gathering where you and your little can move your bodies, laugh through the wiggles, and spend time with other moms who get it.

Each session starts with 20–30 minutes of easy, guided movement you can do with your child right by your side. Kids are welcome to join in, wander, dance, or take breaks — there’s no “right” way to do this. Come exactly as you are.

After stretching, the fun continues with open play and social time on the dance floor. Little ones can play together while moms chat, connect, and enjoy a drink or light snack. Feel free to bring a lunch and stay awhile- linger as long as it works for you.
