Sip & Stretch (Becky Zubich)

Start your day with an easygoing yoga class designed for everybody. This session focuses on gentle stretching, light movement, and simple poses to wave up your muscles without breaking too much of a sweat. After class, enjoy a refreshing morning drink made special for you- our way of adding a little extra brightness to your day. No yoga experience necessary- just bring a mat, relax, and sip with us.
