This all-levels flow is designed to ground your body, brighten your mood, and help you reconnect with nature during the winter season. Surrounded by tropical foliage and soft natural light, you’ll move, breathe, and unwind in one of the most unique practice spaces in the area.
A portion of every class fee directly supports Friends of the Greenhouse, the volunteer organization dedicated to maintaining, enhancing, and advocating for this beloved community space. Participants are also encouraged to further support the greenhouse through optional donations or by becoming a Friends of the Greenhouse member.
