Still Standing (Balance Focused Class)

Still Standing is a class centered on balance—both physical and internal. This practice focuses on standing balance poses and slow transitions that challenge stability while cultivating calm focus.

You’ll explore how balance isn’t something you achieve once and hold perfectly, but something you continuously adjust to - moment by moment, breath by breath. Movements are deliberate and intentional, with time spent noticing the small shifts that keep you upright. Wobbling is welcomed here. Falling out of a pose is part of the practice, not a mistake. Each return becomes an invitation to refocus and begin again.

The practice closes with grounding postures that help integrate what you’ve learned, reminding you that balance is something you carry with you, even when life feels unsteady.
