The Body as Archive Immersion Yoga
This class focuses on noticing how movement feels in your body without overthinking it. The practice uses simple, repeated sequences and intentional pauses to help you tune into physical sensation, breath, and subtle changes in awareness.
You’ll move through the same short sequence more than once, with time in between to be still and notice what feels different the second time around. You may become aware of where your body feels steady or tired, open or resistant, familiar or new. There’s no right answer, just observation.
The class ends with a brief, private movement ritual, repeating one small motion from the practice to help anchor the experience in the body.
You’ll leave feeling more connected to your body, more aware of how movement and stillness affect you, and better able to notice what you’re feeling - physically and mentally, without needing to label it.
Permission to Play Immersion Yoga
Permission to Play is an immersive yoga experience about stepping out of self-protection and into joyful expression, without apology. This class invites you to move big, laugh easily, and let your energy take up space. The sequencing is playful and expressive, encouraging exaggerated movement, unexpected shapes, and moments of release. There is no “right” way to look in this practice, only permission to be visible, silly, and fully yourself.
Music is upbeat, bold, and mood-lifting. Cues emphasize curiosity over control, freedom over form, and enjoyment over precision. You may sway when you feel like swaying, smile when you didn’t expect to, or catch yourself laughing for no reason at all.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, brighter, and more at home in your body, carrying a little more ease back into the world.
Too Sweet Immersion Yoga
For this Valentine’s week, we designed a lighthearted immersion yoga class about treating yourself gently - no guilt, no heaviness, just ease. This practice is a reminder that a little sweetness goes a long way. We’ll move, breathe, and soften into the idea that care doesn’t have to be serious to be meaningful. We’ll close with a playful candy meditation, because sometimes joy is the medicine.

Still Standing (Balance Focused Class)
Still Standing is a class centered on balance—both physical and internal. This practice focuses on standing balance poses and slow transitions that challenge stability while cultivating calm focus.
You’ll explore how balance isn’t something you achieve once and hold perfectly, but something you continuously adjust to - moment by moment, breath by breath. Movements are deliberate and intentional, with time spent noticing the small shifts that keep you upright. Wobbling is welcomed here. Falling out of a pose is part of the practice, not a mistake. Each return becomes an invitation to refocus and begin again.
The practice closes with grounding postures that help integrate what you’ve learned, reminding you that balance is something you carry with you, even when life feels unsteady.
Unthaw Immersion Yoga
Shake it out. Wake it up. Unthaw is a rhythmic, feel-good yoga immersion designed to warm the body, loosen what’s been frozen, and bring movement back where winter has made us stiff and heavy.
This class blends steady flow, gentle shaking, and intuitive movement to help circulation return, joints soften, and energy start moving again. Music builds gradually—from slow, grounded beats to uplifting rhythm—supporting a sense of release without overwhelm.
Expect movement that feels freeing rather than choreographed. You’ll flow, pulse, sway, and shake—letting tension melt and energy redistribute naturally.

Winter Canopy Restorative Immersion Yoga
Rest in the quiet. Winter Canopy is a deeply restorative yoga immersion inspired by the calm, muffled stillness of winter—when the world softens, sound fades, and the body is finally allowed to rest.
Set in low, cool light with subtle winter soundscapes—wind through bare branches, distant hush, slow ambient tones—this experience is designed to soothe the nervous system and invite deep release.
Movement is minimal and intentional. You’ll be guided through long, supported poses, gentle transitions, and extended rest, allowing your breath to slow and your body to let go without effort or expectation.
With the support of props and quiet cues, Winter Canopy offers a space to settle beneath the season—to pause, soften, and restore.
Primal Flow Immersion Yoga

Primal Flow is an immersive experience rooted in rhythm, breath, and natural movement. Set to subtle jungle soundscapes, deep earthy tones, and low, steady beats, this class invites you out of your head and into your body.
Expect strong, grounded movement with wide stances, slow pulses, and fluid transitions that feel powerful without being aggressive. You’ll move low, steady, and intentional—building strength, confidence, and connection from the ground up.

Snow Globe Immersion Yoga
Snow globe is a whimsical winter immersion yoga experience inspired by fantasy, softness, and movement that floats. Expect gentle flow, dreamy music, and a space that feels like stepping into a little world of your own.

New Year's Glow Flow: A Celebration of Light & Intention
Let’s kick off 2026 the MACO way — with glow lights, good music, big exhales, and a whole lot of energy. This New Year yoga party is part celebration, part mind-body reset, and all vibes.
We’ll move through a fun, glowing flow under teal + purple lights, set fresh-start intentions, and let go of whatever we don’t want to drag into the new year. Expect neon accents, a little sparkle, and a flow that feels like hitting the “reset” button on your whole system.

Gratitude Flow
Slow down and savor the season. This 60-minute immersion weaves gentle, heat-building movement with an invitation for reflective journaling to open the heart and invite gratitude. Nightfall Nidra
Slip into profound stillness as we move from gentle, grounding poses into a guided Yoga Nidra practice — yogic sleep that resets the nervous system and calms the mind. Held in a dark and serene environment, this 60-minute session invites quiet, inner listening and deep rest. Perfect for anyone seeking reset, reflection, or simply space to exhale.
Candlelight Sanctuary
This is a deeply restorative yoga practice that emphasizes slow movement, steady breath, and cultivating inner stillness. Each posture is designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and guide you inward- like tending to a quiet flame within.
To enhance the experience, the studio will be softly lit by the warm light of candles. Comforting music, warm blankets, and tea are available to help you truly relax and disconnect in our beautiful space. This soothing atmosphere creates a sanctuary where body, mind, and spirit can fully unwind.
Monster Mash Yoga Bash
Part spooky, part silly, and all about having fun on the mat! Think Halloween party meets yoga flow- dimmed lights, glowsticks, and a spooky Halloween soundtrack. Expect playful poses like the “Frankenstein forward fold,” “The witches broom,” or “Zombie arms chair pose.” We’ll move, be goofy, and celebrate the season in our own quirky way.
Class wraps up with a spooky style savansana, because even monsters need a moment of zen. Fall spiced tea also available to share!
Autumn Radiance
A grounding, seasonal flow that captures the warmth and richness of fall. With imagery of trees, branches, and rooted balance, you’ll move through poses that embody stability, transformation, and the beauty of change.
The space glows with autumnal imagery, scents of spices, and fills with the gentle sounds of acoustic folk and bluegrass. Class closes with a guided meditation that feels like resting in an autumn orchard- calm, sunlit, and serence.

Sound Journey Flow with Live Music by Matt Jarva
Our Sound Journey Flow class is a meditative yoga practice where music leads the way. Gentle poses and mindful movement are paired with live drumming and specialty instrumentation by Matt Jarva.
The space is dimly lit and we have eye masks offered at the end to help you drop inward and fully immerse in the sound. Each note resonates through your practice, carrying you deeper into presence and relaxation.
A true sensory journey, this class blends yoga with the healing power of sound for balance, release, and renewal.
Mountain Air
A refreshing yoga flow designed to bring clarity, balance, and perspective. Through expansive postures like mountain pose, eagle, and other stabilizing sequences, you’ll build strength while cultivating a sense of spacious calm. The practice is guided by imagery of crisp air and high-altitude stillness, encouraging you to rise tall and steady.
The atmosphere is infused with eucalyptus for a cool, invigorating feel. Wind sounds and gentle flute music set the backdrop, evoking the clarity and strength of a mountain summit.

Fire & Transformation
This is a powerful yoga flow designed to build internal heat and spark renewal from within. Through strong, energizing sequences, you;ll move with purpose- focusing on themes of transformation, release, and personal empowerment.
The practice is set in a warm atmosphere of orange and red lighting, with rhythmic drumming and music that evokes momentum and strength. A subtle hint of cinnamon or clove in the air deepens the sense of warmth, grounding you as you rise into your own vitality.
This is yoga that ignites- bold, renewing, and meant to leave you glowing with strength and possibility.
Desert Stillness
This yoga practice is inspired by the spacious calm of the desert. You’ll move with intention and openness, cultivating both grounding and expansiveness in each posture. The flow emphasizes presence, breath, and stillness- inviting you to find balance in simplicity.
The space is designed with sand-tones, and warm desert inspired lighting. Scents of sage or palo santo diffuse through the air, while minimal ambient music creates a serene backdrop that allows you to sink into stillness. This class will be heated slightly higher than usual to allow us to be blanketed in warm, tender air.
Ocean Retreat
This immersion sequence is a soothing yoga flow that draws inspiration from the rhythm of the sea. Movements are guided by cures like “flowing with the tide” and “anchoring down,” inviting you to build strength, balance, and release.
To complete the experience, the space is transformed with soft blue lighting, sea-salt oil blends, and gentle sounds of waves mixed in with our curated soundtrack. We will close with a meditation that feels like floating effortlessly at sea.

We will work on building presence, calm, and a sense of connection both within and beyond the body.
To deepen the experience, we layer in elements of the forest- earthy essential oils and a curated soundscape of birdsong and peaceful music. Together, we create an immersive experience for you to incorporate the restorative benefits of nature into your practice.

Immersion Yoga: Bamboo Forest
Welcome into our studio bamboo forest accompanied by a playlist of tranquil flute instrumentals, and forest visuals. Our instructor will guide you through an upbeat yoga practice, following our breath with each pose. Enjoy a lavendar eye pillow and wet towel for your savansana.
Immersion Yoga: Crystal Cave (Inner Light)
Our Inner Light Immersion Yoga class embraces nature and powerful poses to help you connect with your inner light. The class includes poses such as Warrior I and III, and Bridge pose to strengthen your connection to your own power. To enhance the experience, we use nature sounds and crystal cave images to create a tranquil atmosphere. The class concludes with a grounding meditation or visualization to help you leave feeling centered and at peace.
Immersion Yoga: Starry Night
Our immersion yoga class offers a unique experience that invites you to connect with the stars. Through the use of starlight and images of the night sky, we create a magical and ethereal atmosphere. Our class focuses on poses that help you connect with the stars, such as crescent moon pose, star pose, and tree pose. We end the class with a meditation or visualization to help you feel more connected to the universe. Join us and experience a truly enchanting yoga practice.
