An energizing practice that combines breath with movement. These dynamic classes focus on flowing from one pose to the next in a continuous and creative sequence. You will learn to synchronize your breath with your movements as you flow through postures and build strength, flexibility, and balance.
The last 15 minutes of class will be accompanied by the gentle singing of sound bowls, played by Jessica Bourassa. Let these beautiful sounds bring you into deep relaxation during savasana and carry with you through the rest of your night.
