Summer Vinyasa W/ Wendy

An energizing practice that combines breath with movement. These dynamic classes focus on flowing from one pose to the next in a continuous and creative sequence. You will learn to synchronize your breath with your movements as you flow through postures and build strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is a great way for all experience levels to challenge the body and mind while building strength, balance, and awareness.
