Valentine’s Partner Yoga: A Practice in Connection (Allison Martinson)

This Valentine’s Day, step into a shared experience designed to deepen romantic connection through movement, breath, and gentle touch. This Partner Yoga class invites couples to move together through supported, heart-opening poses set to soft, familiar hits that create an easy, intimate rhythm. Each sequence is thoughtfully designed to encourage trust, communication, and closeness, offering space to slow down and truly be with one another.

We’ll close with a guided aromatherapy touch ritual, where partners take turns offering gentle, intentional touch using soft feathers and flowing silk. This calming sensory experience is meant to relax the nervous system, foster tenderness, and create a feeling of being cared for and seen.
