Soma Yoga is a slow, feel-good practice centered around somatic movement. “Somatic” simply means focusing on your internal experience of movement & paying attention to how things feel in your body rather than how a pose looks from the outside.
In this class, we move gently and intentionally through small, mindful movements designed to release tension, improve mobility, and help your nervous system settle. You’ll explore simple shapes, repeat movements, and pause to notice subtle shifts in the body.
The vibe is curious, relaxed, and pressure-free. Think less “perfect pose,” more listening to your body. You’ll leave feeling looser, calmer, and more connected to yourself.
