For this Valentine’s week, we designed a lighthearted immersion yoga class about treating yourself gently - no guilt, no heaviness, just ease. This practice is a reminder that a little sweetness goes a long way. We’ll move, breathe, and soften into the idea that care doesn’t have to be serious to be meaningful. We’ll close with a playful candy meditation, because sometimes joy is the medicine.
