Immersion Yoga (Allison Martinson)

Immersion yoga blends mindful movement with layered elements- curated playlists, aromatherapy, lighting, and occasional live music- creating a practice that goes beyond the mat. Each class is designed to ground the body, calm the mind, and spark a sense of connection. Each class has an individual theme, often moving with the seasons.
