This 60-minute class is designed to help you connect with your breath, body, and the natural world. We will begin by practicing gentle yoga poses in a beautiful garden setting. The class will use nature sounds and garden images to create a peaceful and serene atmosphere. We will focus on poses that help to open and expand the body, such as twists, backbends, and hip openers. These poses will help to release tension and stress, and allow you to feel more connected to your body.
