Immerse yourself in a dynamic and energizing yoga class that will help you build strength, flexibility, and energy. The class ambience includes upbeat music and images, and poses will help build heat and energy in the body such as vinyasa flow, sun salutations, and warrior poses. These poses will help to release tension and stress, and allow you to feel more connected to your body. We will end the class with a chant or affirmation to help you feel empowered and motivated.
