Our Mindbody Triathlon combines yoga, strength training, and meditation into one complete class designed to energize the body and reset the mind. We begin with yoga to warm up, open the body, and connect to breath. Next, we move into a strength segment using simple equipment to build stability, tone muscles, and add a little challenge. We finish with guided meditation to slow everything down, settle the mind, and leave you feeling calm and grounded.
Each portion flows naturally into the next, creating a practice that balances movement, strength, and stillness.
No actual triathlon training required, just come ready to move, breathe, and reset!
