This is a perfect class for beginners! A marriage between somatics and yoga~ this class invites the student to a life with less pain by breaking down classic postures into smaller steps to gain self awareness. It’s the unlearning of postures and habits that cause harm and pain in our bodies. Class includes philosophy, breath work, and yoga postures in a manner accessible to all.
