Pop Up! Boxercise (Allison)

Boxercise is a high-energy, boxing-inspired workout that mixes punchy combos, cardio bursts, and strength work for a full-body sweat that feels just as good as it burns. Expect upbeat music, simple athletic movements, and a vibe that’s equal parts empowering and stress-melting.

No boxing experience needed! This class is about letting off steam, building strength, and having a little fun while you do it. Options are always offered, so you can go hard, stay steady, or meet yourself exactly where you’re at.

Sweaty. Strong. Slightly unhinged (in a good way).
