Saturday Morning Yoga & Mocktails

Join us at the Maco for a Saturday morning energizing flow class led by instructor and owner Allison! We will have complimentary morning mocktails available after class. This 60 minutes class is suitable for all levels as a second instructor will accompany Allison to offer pose modifications. Mats & props available at the studio. 30 minutes of time at the end of class for open practice, meditation, or socializing while enjoying some morning beverages. Pre-register only. Room for 40.
