Mat Pilates (Allison Martinson)

A 45-minute mat class to help strengthen the core muscles and improve flexibility and balance. Pilates uses a combination of body weight and targeted movements to improve physical and mental wellbeing. It helps to improve posture, reduce stress, increase flexibility, and build strength.
