Yoga Sculpt is where mindful movement meets muscle burn.

This full-body class blends strength training and yoga-inspired flow to build heat, tone muscle, and leave you feeling powerful in your body. We move with intention, syncing breath to effort. May include use of light weights and simple equipment to add challenge and depth.

Expect energizing playlists, dynamic sequences, and options to push when you want to or scale back when you need to. You’ll sweat, you’ll shake, you’ll feel strong, and you’ll walk out balanced instead of depleted.
